All Pogo Card website accounts are subject to termination if user activity is deemed abusive or harmful to other users or the rest of the site.

Request Pogo Card Account Deletion

If you would like to delete your Pogo Card account, please send a request to info@pogocard.com  or submit a contact form via our Contact Us page.

Pogo Card Intellectual Property

The Pogo Card and all of its original content are the sole property of Gemar & Associates, Inc. and are, as such, fully protected by the appropriate international copyright and other intellectual property rights laws.

Changes to This Agreement

Pogo Card reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We do so by posting and drawing attention to the updated terms on the Site. Your decision to continue to visit and make use of the Site after such changes have been made constitutes your formal acceptance of the new Terms of Service.

Therefore, we ask that you check and review this Agreement for such changes on an occasional basis. Should you not agree to any provision of this Agreement or any changes we make to this Agreement, we ask and advise that you do not use or continue to access the Pogo Card site immediately.

Return Policy

All Pogo Card sales are final, with the exception of cards loaned on consignment for fundraising. No refunds will be given for Pogo Card purchases.

Refund Policy

All Pogo Card sales are final, and therefore no refunds will be given for Pogo Card purchases.

Replacement Policy

What do I do if my Pogo Card gets wet or ruined?

If your Pogo Card is damaged in any way, present the damaged card at our office in order to receive a replacement. The fee to replace a damaged Pogo Card is $10 (or 50% of the current retail price).

What do I do if I lose my Pogo Card?

Unfortunately, we do not offer discounted replacements for lost Pogo Cards. New cards may be purchased for $20 (or the current retail price).

Shipping Policy

All Pogo Card orders will be shipped via USPS First Class mail. Tracking numbers will not be issued. Expected ship time for customers in Lincoln, NE is 1-3 business days.
